These terms govern your use of theraqy.com (the “site”), operated by Theraqy Pty Ltd (ABN 68 273 461 223) (“Theraqy”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Health information disclaimer

Content on this site - including the wellbeing games, information guides, and product descriptions - is general information only. It is not medical, psychological, or other clinical advice, is not a diagnosis or assessment, and does not replace consultation with a qualified health practitioner. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, speak with a registered practitioner. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. 2. Shop orders and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only; you will be charged in AUD at checkout.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once payment is received and matched to your order details.
• Session bundles are redeemable for therapy sessions with Theraqy practitioners, subject to practitioner availability and our service agreement. Bundle validity periods are as described at the time of purchase.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

3. Delivery, returns, and refunds

Physical products ship Australia-wide and internationally; delivery times vary by destination. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Digital information guides are delivered electronically; if a download is faulty or inaccessible we will replace it or refund you. To arrange a return, contact Theraqy@outlook.com.

4. Session bundles and cancellations

Booked sessions are subject to our cancellation policy, which is provided in your service agreement. Unused sessions in a bundle may be refunded on a pro-rata basis less any applicable administration fee, except where the Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, logos, guides, and games - is owned by or licensed to Theraqy and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, including by submitting false or misleading enquiries, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with goods purchased through the site is limited to resupply of the goods or refund of the amount paid.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page.
